Welcome to Vietjet’s e-Voucher product! The e-Voucher is one of our new digital products with many features such as buying, gifting e-vouchers, and customer gratitude. This product promises to bring many incentives and conveniences to customers’ booking experience.

To better understand the features of the product, Vietjet would like to send you the following useful information:

• E-Voucher is an electronic voucher with a payment value equivalent to cash when customers book and buy Vietjet's air tickets at vietjetair.com in accordance with the validity and conditions of use of each type of e-Voucher. The product includes 4 main features:

• Gifting e-Vouchers (including welcoming new members & customer gratitude): each e-voucher is reserved for customers who meet the eligibility criteria for each program.

• Buying e-Vouchers: you can conveniently buy e-Vouchers to pay for air tickets with attractive value at evoucher.vietjetair.com.

• Covid test e-Vouchers: valid for registration and payment of Covid-19 testing services for eligible customers and purchasing tickets on applicable flights.

• To own these e-Vouchers, you need to log in to your e-Voucher account, and satisfy the applicable conditions for receiving/buying e-Vouchers. If you do not have an account, please register now and fill in the required information completely and accurately.

• The system will check the e-Voucher account information and verify it with the applicable conditions of the e-Voucher giveaway program. If satisfied, the e-Voucher will be automatically sent to your email address posted on your e-Voucher account by the system and managed in the My e-Voucher section.

• For the e-Voucher purchase program, after completing the payment, you will receive an e-Voucher which is automatically sent to the email address registered on your e-Voucher Account and is managed in the My e-Voucher section.

• Each customer who meets the e-Voucher eligibility requirements under the specific e-Voucher giveaway program will only receive 1 (one) e-Voucher during the program's validity period.

• Each e-Voucher giveaway/purchase program always comes with different applicable conditions and scope of use, so please review this information carefully in the Quick View section of each type of e-Voucher for more detail information.
